BRIDGING THE GAP
Over the years, I’ve noticed that once physical therapy ends, many people are left without clear guidance on how to continue progressing. This gap in care can sometimes lead to setbacks, a return to therapy, or never fully rebuilding the strength and mobility needed for long-term recovery—especially following surgery.
While it’s true that recovery from surgery can take many months, most people leave therapy with a home exercise program and are encouraged to continue on their own. Although helpful, these programs are often not designed to provide the progressive progression needed to continue improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
That’s where I step in.
My goal is to help bridge the gap between physical therapy and full recovery by providing guided exercise coaching and progressive strength programming. Through structured, personalized exercise plans, I help clients continue building strength, improving mobility, and regaining confidence in their bodies so they can return to the activities they enjoy.
